This needs a little work: only 4 connections and 3 lines doesn't quite work for more complicated stories or book series.
I would love this as well. My story has characters going by code names instead of their legal names much of the time, so while secondary characters link fine, almost none of the main characters do.
I totally agree with the family tree comments. Would be awesome to be able to have that easy to create instead of a drudge! (PS Love the Research Module - thank you!)
Well. I sat down and tried out the current Relationships module to see if I wanted to purchase it. It's too rudimentary to use for a complex web. When I'm listing children coming off the parents, it should combine that line so all the kids are on one line, not a separate line going to each child, but a branch. It should act like an actual family tree instead of a mind map. My other problems are: The screen does not have any kind of space in it. I have a narrow work area. Couple relationships should form a single panel. That would be awesome. Being able to put birth dates on the actual panel showing.
It would be quite handy to have the relationship module more like a family tree and allow zooming in and out. I'm having a lot of trouble doing the lineage of royal families crucial to my D&D campaign and also my stories.
